Our 14th century house is located in the heart of Touraine, a region known for its castles and fine wines. The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

Newly renovated 2 bedroom house in the spacious grounds of a 15 century chateaux and stud farm, with use of pool, jacuzzi, and barbecue pit.
