Michele was an amazing host—kind, polite, and very quick to respond to any communication, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The apartment was incredibly easy to find and conveniently located close to the city center, which made exploring the area very convenient. The apartment itself was spotless, with spacious and clean rooms that provided a comfortable and relaxing environment. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary cooking tools, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. I highly recommend staying at Michele’s Airbnb. It’s a perfect choice for anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and comfortable place to stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Ottimo Alloggio in posizione strategica da tutto il centro e i punti interessanti,in zona tranquilla ben servita,ottima l'accoglienza al ceckin e l'esposizione dei servizi e ristoranti in zona,la casa è in un palazzo d'epoca con i pro e i contro del caso mi sento di consigliarlo assolutamente per la posizione e tutto il resto precedentemente citato,spero di ritornarci in futuro

Corniglia is a very small town a a bit less crowded than the others but with enough restaurants. Apartment is large (3 bedrooms), clean and comfortable. Beds are large and comfortable. Views spectacular. Host works next door, met us in piazza and brought us to the apartment. Host is available for help, she sent someone to help us with the washing machine. Corniglia is best place to start to walk to Vernassa. Beach is pretty but down many steps and very difficult to swim. I would stay in this town again to avoid the crowds. Easy to use the train between towns. Take a boat trip from Vernassa.

L’appartamento è ben attrezzato e molto ordinato, con tutto il necessario per il proprio soggiorno. Anche arrivando da stazione Genova Principe, l’appartamento è facilmente raggiungibile sia a piedi sia con i mezzi. La casa, perfetta anche per 4 adulti, è il punto di partenza ideale per visitare la città. Abbiamo trovato molto comodi sia il letto nella camera matrimoniale sia il divano letto. La zona è molto tranquilla e il palazzo è silenzioso. Molto apprezzato anche il terrazzino. La comunicazione con Benedetta è stata puntuale e costante. Consigliamo vivamente sia la struttura sia l’host! ☺️

Abbiamo passato un gran bel fine settimana a Genova nell'appartamento del sig. Mauro. Squisita l'accoglienza. Il sig. Mauro ci ha dato molti consigli su come visitare la città e dove andare a mangiare. L'appartamento è molto centrale, in una via distinta del centro storico di Genova--a dieci minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Piazza Principe. Spaziosa la camera da letto, con un'ampia finestra che funge--di fatto--da balcone. Comodi e funzionali la cucina (con tavolo pieghevole e una piastra a induzione per cucinare) e il bagno. Si vede che il sig. Mauro ama la propria città e non potevamo finire in mani migliori. Prenoteremo ancora da lui la prossima volta che saremo a Genova e ci auguriamo che chi legge farà lo stesso. Consigliatissimo

Realmente todo salió como lo planeamos y en esto el alojamiento tuvo muchisimo que ver. Excelente Leonardo como anfitrion en todo y excelente la ubicación y las comodidades del departamento. Super recomendable para disfrutar de La Spezia y Cinque Terre. Gracias por todo.

Cadre magnifique calme et arboré. Le logement est suffisamment grand et bien équipé pour une famille avec enfants. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du barbecue . Proximité avec la spezzia pour découvrir les 5 terres , à peine 25 min de voiture.

Nous avons passé une semaine fin avril à six. La communication avec Federico a toujours été excellente. Très réactif, sympathique, accueillant et super flexible au niveau des horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Vraiment aucune pression et c'est très appréciable. Que dire du logement, du paysage et du village..juste une parenthèse extraordinaire. Conforme, voir même encore mieux qu'en photo ! De plus, la météo était également meilleure que prévue ! C'est juste extrêmement beau et paisible. La maison est en hauteur donc il faut être en forme pour remonter de la plage à pied. Avec des ados c'est faisable. De plus, nous traversons un joli sentier pour remonter. Par contre, difficile si vous avez des enfants en bas âge et en poussette. La route est étroite et sinueuse mais une place de parking est à disposition près de la maison. En cette saison, nous n'avons pas eu de difficulté pour nous garer en bas, payant mais tarifs raisonnables. Agés de 13 à 50 ans, nous recommandons tous vivement !!

This stay has been the best AirBnb experience i’ve had so far, all thanks to Massimo and his wife Brunella. Both have such kind and welcoming souls and were eager to help us with anything including transport and food. I highly HIGHLY recommend staying here especially if you’re open to the idea of “la dolce vita”, being present, and simply talking to Massimo about life. I don’t think i’ll ever forget my time there. On top of this, the actual space was beautiful, equipped with everything, and felt like a really lovely home. I felt really welcomed as soon as I stepped foot in the house. I stayed with my mom and sister and the three of us truly enjoyed our stay! (used the kitchen, enjoyed our hot showers, sat outside in the garden, played some board games). I hope to come back some day and stay with Massimo again!!

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

Alessia et Carlo sont des hôtes comme nous aimerions en voir de partout : disponibilité, réactivité, gentillesse, accueil, et serviabilité sont au rendez-vous. Ils sont d'excellent conseils et d'une patience incroyable pour quiconque ne maitrise pas l'italien. La maison est idéalement située à 10 minutes en voiture de La Spézia et Alessia vous donnera tous les bons tuyaux pour se stationner gratuitement près de la gare. Non loin du golf des poètes et de Portovenere, le village de Ricco del Golfo est au calme et avec des commerces de proximités très agréables (pasticeria, cafeteria, restaurant très bon marché) . Quand à la maison, elle est spacieuse, très pratique, bien équipée comme annoncée et propreté irréprochable. Nous avons aimé la proximité immédiate pour les cinque terre, le golf des poètes mais aussi la proximité avec la Toscane car nous avons en effet pu, depuis la maison partir sur la Toscane et visiter Florence Sienne et Pise. We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is echt groter dan op de foto’s. We hebben ons echt 8 dagen ontzettend thuis gevoeld. Communicatie met Laura de huis manager was super fijn. Leuk dat we haar nog even hebben mogen ontmoeten. Voor een uitval basis om noord Toscane waar je wil genieten van de rust is dit een super plek.

Petit havre de paix à moins de 30 minutes de Milan. Melania a été très accueillante et nous a donné de nombreuses informations pratiques pour nous déplacer et faire nos courses. Le logement est spacieux et convivial. Idéal pour un court séjour. Si nous repassons dans la région nous retournerons chez Melania avec plaisir.

Magnifique expérience avec ce superbe logement sur les hauteurs de la Spezia. Merci à Alberto et son épouse pour leur gentillesse, leur hospitalité et leurs cadeaux de bienvenue ! Ils sont super réactifs dans la communication et répondent très vite à nos questions ! Je ne peux que recommander cet endroit.

Eravamo già stati a Lavagna negli anni passati,però soggiornando in albergo.Adesso avendo avuto da poco la nostra terza bimba,necessitavano di un alloggio in una posizione comoda,fronte mare e con tutti i confort,ascensore compreso.Claudio ha fatto al caso nostro!ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo,un appartamento bello spazioso,dotato di tutto il necessario per una famiglia numerosa come la nostra.Tutto perfettamente funzionante,dalla TV,alla macchinetta del caffè,lavatrice,elettrodomestici vari.Inoltre vi erano a disposizione libri molto belli per ragazzi e bambini piccoli.Le camere sono molto spaziose ed ariose,con un balcone immenso che fa tutto il giro della casa,Claudio al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare varie merendine per la colazione,cialde del caffè e bevande fresche. Che dire,davvero una persona disponibile,cortese e a modo,inoltre molto flessibile per check in e check out. Torneremo di sicuro a Soggiornare da Claudio,la nostra è stata un'esperienza super piacevole!!

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse était vraiment très agréable. Proche de la gare pour les cinque terre, l'emplacement est idéal !

Maura es una excelente anfitriona. Nos hizo sentir como en casa y fue muy amable al recibirnos, además de dejarnos algunos artículos básicos para cocinar. Recomiendo totalmente el apartamento de Maura. Está muy cerca del Puerto Viejo, una zona con muchas cosas que hacer y varias atracciones. ¡Gracias de nuevo, Maura!

Stefano's place is easily the coolest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. The apartment has so much personality, making it feel like I've lived there for years. It was well stocked with food and cooking materials for nice meals at home. Very clean and well decorated, equipped everything anybody could need. The location is a bit difficult, as there are a lot of bars nearby playing loud music and some shady crowds, but otherwise it's a splendid place to stay. Close to great restaurants and the town center, as well as some great walking paths and views of the city. Stefano also provided a long list of recommendations, from restaurants to beaches to gelato. I would definitely recommend this option to anybody!

We had the best time staying at Carlo and Lucia’s place! The view is spectacular and the home is very clean and beautifully decorated. We felt very safe and Lucia and Carlo were fast at answering any questions or requests we might have. We spend a week of vacation with our three little kids and the house was well equipped with everything we needed from baby chair and bed to microwave. Also the city of Recco was a nice experience to visit. We would love to go back!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het appartement van Luca! De aankomst werd goed verzorgd door Alex en tijdens de vakantie nam Luca contact op om te vragen of de vakantie beviel. Een prachtige locatie, genoten op het balkon in het rustige Zoagli. Een fijne uitvalsbasis in de vrij drukke omgeving. Zeker een aanrader! 🤩
