Poliana was extremely attentive and friendly since the first message exchange, and in person it was even more. He gave us great tips regarding the tours and was always available, since he lives in the apartment next door. As for the apt itself, it is very spacious, airy, with two balconies, comfortable beds, and very clean. The location is excellent, on one of the main avenues, and although there is no garage, it is on top of a commercial point with cameras and in front of a gas station that has surveillance, so we leave the car on the street with some tranquility. We highly recommend Poliana's place and plan to return soon.

The only thing I could suggest is about check-in and check-out times. Check-in is too late and check-out is too early. Checking in at 3:00 p.m. is detrimental to our afternoon. Checking out at 10 a.m. is detrimental to our morning. The time is very fractional and harms the organization of the tours.

The stay was wonderful. Fábio and his wife are very receptive and kind. The apartment was spotless and met our expectations well.

Great stay, photos match the place, all extremely clean and organized. Great location central region of the city close to everything ! Host Dani was super requested with us, was flexible with our check-in time. I recommend the stay . Gratitude 🙏
