The hosts are beautiful, kind, open and helpful people and this is what made our stay so special. The house and the terrace in front are very cozy and are well equipped, you can see that that Savino and Francesca arrange everything with love, care and style. Therefore, this house is most perfect for families / couples looking for a place where they can relax and have a quiet holiday. We went there at the end of September 2023. Even though we were very unlucky with the weather, we could swim as the sea is still quite warm. The beach area in general is very nice and perfect for kinds (as it does not go deep right away).

Our vacation in Mattinata will remain in our heart... found a few days before departure Eleonora's house was like a manna from the sky... beautiful new apartment, great location in a very quiet area a few steps from the sea and restaurants on the sea where you can eat great local fish and specialties, we have "abandoned" our car parked under the olive trees inside the property...☺️ Eleonora was very kind, contacting me by phone immediately after my reservation ... very appreciated and " reassuring" gesture, she gave us many tips and directions on where to eat rather than what to visit nearby... in a week we spoke several times and it became a "very pleasant knowledge" for me For those looking for a quiet and relaxing place, Eleonora's house is definitely the place😍😍🫶🏻

This is a first for us in this specific area in Italy and we are leaving this beautiful city that is Marguerita Di Savoia with wonderful memories that will go with us to new discoveries. A big thank you to Rita for hosting us and for a very comfortable stay. The apartment is spacious, it can be easily found as well as with a very clean and easy to use walk-in shower, accompanied by remarkable tranquility and calm, all thanks to the triple glazing of the windows. The WiFi network is excellent in turn. A very spacious kitchen also with everything you need, in addition Rita was kind enough to offer very cold drinks as well as ripe fruit, olive oil, and salt that was specially produced in this city, so you will notice from the proximity of the city of the salt flats that are impressive to observe. We were very pleasantly surprised❤️. A very pleasant Italian family stay!!!

Michele was incredibly nice and friendly and occasionally surprised us with his delicious Italian espresso! The location of the apartment connected to the huge terrace and direct beach location are really wonderful! In addition, great excursions to the Vieste are possible daily!

By spending 10 beautiful days at Marias’ apartment we could left urban life behind with all its impact, in a relaxing and calm environment where nature voice indeed helped us to get out of everyday circles having all year round. Maria is awesome just as the people living and working in this area. Its worth to give it a try to “Trattoria da Tonino”with daily local dishes, which are delicious and so fresh.

Very nice place, right by the water. The morning is just exceptional, we are alone in the world. We were looking for silence, we found it. The house and its exteriors are well equipped. Rino is a very welcoming and super responsive host. Thank you very much, it was a real pleasure.

There were four of us with our two small children in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and lovingly decorated for Christmas and Maria was always very accessible, helpful and super friendly. The apartment is very well located and the beautiful city center of Manfredonia is within walking distance. Overall, we were very satisfied and would be happy to come back. Thank you for everything, dear Maria!

We were the first visitors for the new season (May holidays). The restaurant and swimming pool are still closed during this period. We knew this in advance and no problem for us. The park is nicely set up and the cottages are spacious and equipped with, among other things, one central air conditioning. Plenty of privacy on your own porch. The cottage was incl. linens and towels. Convenient for us! Super friendly reception and helped with tips for restaurant and were even allowed to borrow a small BBQ. You can park your car near the cottage. The beach (pebble beach) can be reached in a 5-minute walk. We loved our stay and hope to come back again!

We had a great time there. Everyone is super nice and it is a really well-kept facility. Only two things we would rate as negative. The beds are clearly too hard, but of course we could sleep. And it's a pity that no lighting is possible at the playground in the evening. Otherwise, everything was PERFECT!!!! We enjoyed it very much as a family throughout the 2 weeks and we had an unforgettable vacation

This Spring is very well located, 2 steps from the sea, with facilities included: Pool, umbrella and beach mattress, bikes. Only downside to our stay, the price of Breakfasts 10€/pers with a very simple buffet, and the beach restaurant with a price difference of + €3 compared to the Spring! But the staff is very friendly which made our stay very pleasant Jean

Very nice house, very well maintained. Lucio and Marilina hosted us well. Access to the beach in 2 minutes allowed us to swim very early in the morning and late at night, and that's a privilege. The proximity of the campsites is not at all bothersome, and it offers a wide selection of restaurants. We highly recommend it.

Antonia is a very nice host. The Casetta was centrally located but still quiet. The center and the beach are easily accessible on foot. I recommend it with all my heart.

It was a beautiful experience for us. We had chosen Manfredonia to stay in a quiet place yet close to everything we were interested in: the sea and many places to visit. As soon as we arrived we were able to participate in the Patron's party, then we alternated days of restful beach and sea with entire days dedicated to Castel del Monte, Trani, Alberobello, Vieste, Monopoli, Polignano and, of course, Monte Sant'Angelo and Monterotondo. Challenging trips, of course, you saw beautiful places and then you came home happy. Rosa's apartment is nothing short of magnificent: recently renovated and with taste, equipped with all the comforts, it makes you feel right at home. The area is very central and yet quiet, where parking (perhaps also because September) was always easy and nearby. We did good shopping in the shops in the neighborhood and the people of Manfredonia are really kind and smiling.

We stayed in the house for a work in the area. The house has very good conditions. Communication was great. Everything worked well. We recommend.

We were definitely lucky to find good weather even though we went the last week of September, so I start autumn. the place is very quiet, we enjoyed ample privacy and silence. Antonio and his team are very friendly and kind, they have always helped us. the house has everything you need, clean and bright. thankfully we had a mosquito net, because it was full. i hope to come back next year.

We spent three amazing days at Michela’s place. It is perfectly located near the town of Vieste and the beach, and with easy access to other hiking and sights destinations. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Michela and her parents who live in the complex were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Thank you so much!

We enjoyed our stay at Giuseppe’s place very much! The apartment is spacious, bright, clean and neat. And it has a big terrace with nature in sights. Within minutes drive, one can reach the beaches or the center of the town easily. Giuseppe and his family were very responsive and friendly. At the beginning, we thought there was an issue with the fridge. Giuseppe and his family came to look at the “problem” right away and tried different ways to address it. Luckily, it turned out to be just some wrong settings. We really appreciated their attentiveness and patience. They are very sweet host and we would love to stay at their apartment again if we ever revisit Mattinata 😊

The villa is a good choice. From our point of view, there is a point of concern and a point of criticism. Lella's hospitality is outstanding. Despite the language barrier, we received help from her who made our vacation better. A highlight was when she pampered us with her own Orecchiette. The location of the apartment is perfect with direct access to the beach. Vieste is within walking distance. The villa is modern. The grounds are secured with a sturdy fence. This was important to us because we had sports equipment with us. The apartment is conveniently equipped. It should be borne in mind that the kitchen has only one basic decor. You can make breakfast or a plate of pasta. What we didn't like is temperature and air quality in the bedroom. The AC, for which we paid extra, was weak. We asked for improvement at short notice, but that was not possible. We enjoyed the time in this apartment.
