Both rooms have heating cables. No access to kitchen, but the room has a fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker and equipment to use this. In the bathroom there is a dishwasher. Free parking right outside. It takes 10 minutes to drive to Trondheim city center, or you can take the tram. 5 minutes walk to the stop, and the tram takes 11 minutes.

I rent out my great apartment when I'm traveling myself. All you need right outside the door. The boat to munkholmen 30 meters. Grocery store only 80 meters. Nidaros Cathedral 750 meters up the street. Trondheim Central Station 600 m Pirbadet 1,4 km. Stylish apartment with 3 meters under the roof! All you need to be found is in the apartment. Here you can enjoy the view out over the canal and see great wooden boats put by. Enjoy a nice walk in Bakklandet with all nearby cafes and restaurants.

This apartment-building has (maybe?) the best possible location in Trondheim, and was finished in 2018. You can easily walk to the old part of town (Bakklandet), citycenter and Solsiden. My apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator), and is about 45m2. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a coffee-machine. There will be bedsheets, towels, iron, hairdryer ect. available. The busstop "Bakklandet" takes your directly to the airport. Big shared rooftop :-)
