This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Nice duplex located on a large wooded property with garden at the end of a private dirt road. In the middle of the woods and with no direct neighbours, a small paradise for lovers of peace and nature. It is not uncommon to come across a deer or a fox at the doorstep! A small private path runs along the property and gives you access to many hiking trails offering miles of discovery on foot or by bike. The swimming pool (from june to september) and the pétanque court are available on request.

Located in a quiet village, with its many hiking and equestrian trails (GR), we invite you to relax. Nearby: bus and train. The train stops at the station in Chaudfontaine, not far from its thermal baths as well as its famous casino. 20 min from the center of Liège by train. but also 20 min from Verviers. not far from Spa, Theux and Aywaille
