Since i really don't like Hotels i was looking for a reasonable priced AirBNB in the Area of Rochester and i must say i found the perfect place to stay. The AirBNB features a nice big Kitchen which is a major plus for me. Furthermore having his own Bathroom and sharing the Kitchen area with other strangers makes the stay imo way more comfortable since everyone is new there and you are not hurting someones privacy by walking through there house. It is very nice to have a Spot in the Garage in the wintertime. Fen is very friendly responds very fast and she helps you where ever she cans, perfect Host!”

We have a very friendly dog who has the run of the house. We are located in a quiet rural neighborhood close to Birmingham, Royal Oak, Berkley & Ferndale. We are approximately 3 minutes to Beaumont Hospital-Royal Oak, 29 minutes to Detroit and close to I-696. Travel time to Detroit Airport approx. 40 minutes.
