I loved my stay here! It's really beautifully designed home in a traditional vietnamese building. It has a lot of storage space, soft bedding and a good working station. The neighborhood is convenient with lots of restaurants and shops. It's not touristy. If you want to experience authentic living in Hanoi, this place is perfect. The hosts are very friendly and considerate! Thank you so much for creating a home away from home!

Great location, close to train street and a lot of shops. The street was relatively quiet with one big restaurant at the end of the street which was very convenient on our first night. Room was modern and clean. The Airbnb Host also organised an airport pick-up for us that was seamless. The accommodation also had a 24/7 concierge which was very helpful. 10/10 would stay there again.

The host welcomed us very happily and friendly. The maisonette apartment is very nice, modern, clean and good equipped. I really liked the bathtub 🤩 You can find some good local restaurants in the area. Thank you Ms Houng for the comfortable stay!

Our stay at this place has been wonderful. It’s located right on the edge of the busy Hanoi streets, making its extremely easy to come and go whenever. The facilities provided are clean and tidy. The host is reliable and communicates well, with quick responses, which is super comforting to experience. I definitely recommend this place and host as a whole, if you’re looking for a seamless Hanoi stay. Safe travels! :))

Das Haus und das Zimmer ist äußerst komfortabel und modern. Alles ist super sauber und die Möbel sind sehr gepflegt. Leider liegt es ein wenig außerhalb in einer kleinen Gasse (für eine alleinreisende Frau nicht ganz optimal). Mein Flughafentaxi hat die Adresse nicht gefunden; als wir dann in der Nähe der Unterkunft waren, hat er sich geweigert in die kleineren umliegenden Straßen zu fahren. Leider gibt es nach 17 Uhr keinen persönlichen Check-In mehr. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war zum Teil schwierig. Wenn man Rückfragen stellt, bekommt man einfach 1:1 denselben Text geschickt. Das Haus ist sehr gut gesichert (für Gate, Haustür und Aufzug braucht man Zugangskarten, was den Zugang erschwert). Beim Check-In bekommt man auch eine lange Liste zugeschickt, was man zu zahlen hat, wenn man Handtücher etc. verschmutzt. Das fand ich ein wenig schade (man sollte ja eigentlich davon ausgehen, dass man gut mit den Dingen umgeht). All in all: Schönes Zimmer; der Rest z.T. ausbaufähig.

Loan und Phuong waren großartige Gastgeber. Von Beginn der Buchung bis zur Abreise standen Sie uns mit hilfreichen Informationen und einer ausführlichen Beschreibung zum Check-in zur Seite. Die Wohnung war wie in der Beschreibung, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ich kann die Wohnung als auch Loan und Phuong als Gastgeber sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Had a great time staying here, especially because of Lan, the host! She was so helpful and kindly provided new towels every day and even washed my laundry for me. If you stay here, Lan will take care of you!
