Garegin is very responsive, proactive and truly helpful. He even confirmed a local restaurant booking for us while we’re still overseas as the receptionist couldn’t understand me. 🤩 The house is well-maintained and really clean. We’re able to sleep very well despite the freezing temperature outside, it’s really comfortable and warm. 😊 We also met his parents who assisted us during our stay. What a lovely couple as well. My family and I surely had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻

Beautiful big house with a wonderful interior. Everything is as in the photo. Very clean. Huge bathroom, gorgeous library. Great view of the mountains from the terrace. Projector with a good picture. You can go hiking right from the house. There is a place where you can make a fire. There are a couple of small shops nearby. Overall, I recommend it.

I stayed at this place for four days while looking for a permanent apartment in Yerevan. I chose to book Vahan’s place because it seemed so cozy, comfortable, and welcoming in AirBnb! Vahan was always available to chat if I had any questions. Moreover, this place is a hub for creative people - you don’t find places like this everywhere! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

It was the perfect stay. Close to the city center and quiet. There is a big patio which is ideal to relax. She is very friendly, approachable and flexible. She would help on things I needed to find out. Definitely I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Yerevan

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

This was a great place to stay, it was very clean and Ara was a very good and responsive host. The city center is easily walkable from the apartment. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I would definitely recommend this place!
