Casa Azul is located in a private, gated community, situated two blocks from the bypass. La Joya features a garage with an ideal entrance hall for long stays. It has an open-concept layout that integrates the living/dining room and kitchen (provided with empty kitchen utensils, such as pots, plates, cups, and empty containers for cooking essentials like salt, pepper, sugar, and coffee). The private area consists of two twin bedrooms, each with a bunk bed. A full bathroom separates the two bedrooms. Lastly, it has a rear patio.
