Had a wonderful experience in this apartment! It's exactly like on the photos, very clean and well laid out, The place is located in a quiet area, everything being close to all amenities necessary, making the stay very nice. Mariem, the host, is really exceptional. She is very kind and responsive, quickly replies to all my messages Plus, it allowed me to come early from the check-In to, which was a very gesture appreciated. A big thank you to Mariem for her hospitality and for making my stay so nice. Highly recommend this apartment, it's a real haven of peace!

A peaceful place to stay right on the beach. There is a monoprix and several cafes/restaurants (incl. a great rotisserie chicken place and fancier sit down restaurant) walking distance. It is a quick 5-10min Bolt ride to the hustle and bustle downtown. We even walked the length of the beach to the downtown twice during the stay (1 hour walk straight down the beach). Instructions were clear, and it was easy to access despite being down a side road.

A big thank you to Sami for hosting us and for his availability. Very responsive and concerned about the well-being of his guest. Flawless apartment and beautiful residence. Quiet and secure. I highly recommend this rental.

Great villa with a beautiful outdoor facilities. The pool was big enough to accommodate all of us. Chokri and Skander were very responsive.Thank you for everything.

There is a private bathroom in two large beds, and the kitchen and washing machine are in the common area. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room! Depending on the nearby beach, there are many restaurants and cafes, and it takes about 40 minutes on foot to Sidi Bu-side, but there is an uphill climb, so we recommend using a cheap taxi. If the weather was a little warmer, it looked really good to swim in the ocean! The owner's lady is so kind, the garden is really pretty, and the rooftop view is really beautiful. Recommended place to stay at great value for money

The house is as in the photos, we enjoyed the pool and terrace. We also enjoyed the proximity to a grocery store and midoun which is just 10 minutes away by car. The house was clean. Thank you to Moncef for this welcome and for his prompt response whenever we needed it.

Neila’s place is lovely with a beautiful private rooftop terrace that faces the sunset. The location is quite private and is in a quiet area but close to a street with lots of restaurants and the ocean. The place was clean and had everything we needed!

Sami and Imen are exceptional hosts! A welcome in person, a perfectly equipped and beautiful house. It's bigger and even more beautiful than the pictures! They are very responsive, gave us great addresses. It has everything you need and more! Linens, lots of pillows and blankets, small products in the bathrooms, everything is very comfortable. the stay with Ferid was very nice, everything corresponded to the description and was as shown in the pictures. It was very clean in a quiet environment with a lot of comfort. I was a guest of Bassem and his wonderful family for a month. Bessem was already super helpful and friendly before booking. As soon as I arrived, I felt right at home. I was greeted by the brother and his wife. Two wonderful people. Always super helpful and kind. The location of the house is perfect and everything you need is nearby. Great place and very responsive host. Arrival instructions were sent to me by msg and video. Monia is very nice and also helped me find a taxi for my trips. The kitchen is well-equipped, there are electric shutters on the windows and screens 😍 The exterior is really the highlight of the accommodation: very well-decorated, with sunbeds, chairs, hammock and a very nice swimming pool. The neighborhood is quiet. A 10 min walk, there is a slightly expensive convenience store but it helps if you have nothing to eat or drink. The accommodation is located far from the sea, you have to provide a car to get there. Things to improve: The shower cubicle has been tinkered with. After taking a shower, you have to scrape the entire bathroom because there is water everywhere.
