The apartment is located in the center of the residential area, nearby there is a small park with a playground for children, a market, a pharmacy, a buvette, a parking lot, a gym. The apartment is fully equipped with furniture and appliances, there is air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, electric stove, electric kettle, microwave, WIFI, hair dryer. There are barbecue tables on the territory of the recreation center. Not far from our base there is a bus station, a cafe, a market, and a pharmacy.

The villa is located on a cliff, which provides a beautiful view of the sea and the Budapest estuary. You can drive to the beach in 5 minutes. Shops, a pharmacy, a market with products and goods for the sea are even closer. The entire area adjacent to the house (20 hundred) is at your disposal: grill, football and basketball court, tennis table under a canopy. There is a parking space (up to 6 cars). The house has 3 bedrooms and a living room with a folding sofa and armchairs.

A room is furnished with two single beds draped in light blue blankets. A colorful rug covers the wooden floor, and patterned curtains adorn a window, allowing natural light to filter through. A vintage chandelier hangs from the ceiling.
