Located on the southern slope, in the middle of a private forest with an amazing view and away from other buildings, it gives you the opportunity to relax and break away from everyday life. A two-level terrace with a fireplace and Jacuzzi, a spacious living room, a dining room and a large garden and forest behind the house allow you to fully relax even with a larger group of people. Spacious parking for 8 cars gives you the freedom of individual access for each of the participants. Local restaurants have a wide selection of home-delivered dishes.

We invite you to our wooden house, located on the Raba River, right next to the Nieznanowice Port Cutter. For your use, we offer 20 acres of fenced plot, 83 square meters house with fireplace and air conditioning, wooden banya, swimming pool, gas grill and fireplace and a huge terrace. Nearby there is a restaurant, grocery store, SPA, playground, fish fry, lake, river, bathing beach and numerous cycling and hiking trails. The location of the plot guarantees peace and quiet. WoodLake Rożnów

WoodLake is a cottage on Lake Rożnowski with an area of 80m2 with a terrace of 30m2, located in a unique place above the dam. This place is surrounded by forests and a lake. -> Minimum rental for 2 nights/3 nights On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and an exit to the terrace, from which there is a view of the forest, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: two with a large bed, one with a bunk bed. Additional fees - Russian bath 250 PLN, sauna 100 PLN

If you live in the city and want to relax in a quiet, peaceful, picturesque place in the atmosphere of a blissful, rural idyll, the cottage "Dominikówka" is the perfect place for you. Every person living in the countryside and dreaming of a moment of rest will also find their corner here. Outside, you can barbecue, have a bonfire, relax on the spacious terrace and veranda. There is a sauna (PLN 30 per use) and a hot tub (PLN 300 per weekend, Mon-Thu PLN 100 per day).

Dom Wędrowca pod Lipą is one of the first brick houses in Lipnica. Bright, spacious and cozy – with large bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a tiled stove. The windows overlook the meadows and hills. With fast Wi-Fi, it's the perfect place to work remotely. The house is located in the Island Beskids – a perfect region for hiking and cycling trips. In summer, it is worth visiting Lake Rożnowskie, and in winter, take advantage of the ski slope in Laskowa.

Inside the cottage there is an open living room, kitchen, separate bedroom on the ground floor, bathroom and bedroom on the mezzanine. The cottages are modern and fully equipped with all necessary appliances. The sauna and Jacuzzi are located in a separate wooden building next to the cottages (extra fee). You can swim, walk, and fish with us.
