Very nice and comfortable house. With nice decor and amenities that made us feel right at home. We were a group of 7 people (with 3 children) and the distribution was perfect. The location of the house is in a quiet area, but with easy access to main avenues to get anywhere in Morelia. In particular, the Altozano area is a few minutes away by vehicle. We had a very pleasant experience at Beto and Nena's house, we highly recommend the place. Thank you!!

The place is very nice, very quiet and everything is clean and in good condition, it is really worth a getaway to rest in the nice rooms/cabins with a fireplace and a beautiful view in the place, we will be back soon, just bring everything to prepare your coffee with fire and not with electricity.

Eduardo is a great host, he is always in communication, the check-in instructions are clear. Your apartment is in a quiet area with restaurants nearby. It has what you need from short stay, maybe a tv for a longer stay would be missing.

I loved staying at the "Casa el Balcon de la Ciudad". Everything was impeccable: very clean, with a cozy decor and in a very quiet area. The apartment is fully equipped, with functional kitchen, good wifi, rooms with very comfortable beds. Access was easy and safe, with clear instructions from the first moment. The host and cleaning staff were always very friendly, attentive and responded quickly every time we contacted them. In addition, the location is excellent, very close to the center, which allows you to move easily to the main tourist points, in addition the area is very quiet, allowing you to rest. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to small details and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it.

The truth is that the place is as shown in the photos, everything is super nice, very clean, excellent decoration, we felt at home, the host was always attentive, how much the reservation was made was in touch at all times, the location was excellent, with parking included, 3 min from downtown, the super recommended truth, without hesitation we would return again.

A comfortable, quiet place, I had good communication

Sandra's space was very good for us, it was 10-15 min from the center (by car) and also had roofed parking, had good details like water, coffee, snacks and hot water plus the place is quiet. We only had to mark him for instructions on how to find the place because the location on google maps didn't seem to work.

Everything was excellent, we had an inconvenience with the one bathroom door, it was closed and there was no key in the house, she had to go to the house to open the door and charged us a fee for going, it would be nice to leave a set of keys for the whole house. As an improvement it would be nice to have a small dock to board the boats and kayak as you get mud dirty when put in the water. Generally speaking, all is well.
