I stugan finns ett väl utrustat kök, umgängesyta med direkt utgång till en egen härlig altan med havsutsikt och ett läckert badrum med dusch. Altanen har både utemöbler och solsängar. Fem sängplatser totalt, men idealiskt för två vuxna! Även om kvadratmetrarna är få, upplever man att allt ryms i stugan. This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Beautiful apartment with sea view in wonderful Ammenäs just outside Uddevalla. It is a quiet residential area with a two-minute walk to the sea and barbecue area. About 15 min drive to shops and restaurants. The apartment is built on top of a garage with its own entrance. It is possible to borrow a kayak at no extra cost. During the summer season, you can also go on the popular archipelago boats to various places. Cleaning can be added for an additional charge.
