With proximity to both sea and forest, you live in a quiet area 700 meters from the center with well-stocked grocery stores, genuine small shops and a beach promenade to cozy restaurants. From the city center, there are good bus connections to Gothenburg, Smögen, Lysekil, about 1 hour's drive. 7 minutes' drive to Lyckorna golf club. 15 minutes by car, you will find a large shopping center. If you want to enjoy the silence of the forest and nature, you have nice hiking trails starting about 1 km from the property. Close to swimming in both the sea and the lake.

Charming 30s villa in protected private location with beach property. The house is beautifully located on Rörbäckskilen with patio right on the water. As a guest, you can borrow: * Rowing boat, 4m * Kayak * 4 st SUP BOARDS Here you enjoy the silence and the nature! The house is fully equipped and furnished. Great fiber internet connection. The style is mixed from the 30s onwards However, the house was completely renovated in the 1990s and has been used sparingly ever since. We are happy to host monthly or longer. At least weekly.

Welcome to Lyckebro's old school! Here you live simply but comfortably with proximity to some of Bohuslän's main gems. We have three twin rooms and one double room (continental bed 160 cm wide). The rooms are 10-12 sqm. Our guests have access to the garden and our newly built orangery. Cleaning is not included in the price, as a guest you clean yourself, however, there is the possibility to buy cleaning for SEK 800. The host couple live in the school's old teacher's residence with a separate entrance.

Wonderful villa secludedly located by the sea

Wonderful house with nice garden connected to the beach directly. Three common bedrooms plus two large living rooms with panoramic ocean views. Very quiet, peaceful and child friendly. Great surroundings for forest walks where you can pick both mushrooms and blueberries during the season. Gustafsberg Sweden's oldest seaside resort is just 200m away and the beautiful Strandpromenade, designated the most beautiful road in Sweden in 2009, is just around the corner.
