Historic Herøy farm is nearby. Here is a short way to the bird mountain Runde. You can also take your family on a trip to Sunnmørsbadet.

Good fishing and swimming opportunities in the lake, as well as pleasant mountains if you want some exercise. It is a short distance to Fosnavåg or Ulsteinvik which has many restaurants and shops.
