In front of the exit, there is a walking and cycling path with a beautiful view of the San river bend. The studio is equipped with a separate kitchen and bathroom, which gives you full freedom (access to a washing machine and dryer). Around the house there is a garden where you can light a barbecue and a veranda where you can eat a meal on a warm sunny day. The property is fenced, pets are welcome.
