Both bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the living area includes a cozy daybed and a sleeper chair, making it ideal for families or small groups. After a day outdoors, relax with board games, flat-screen TVs, and a cozy dining area perfect for sharing meals and stories. The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, toaster oven, and everything you need to cook at home. Guests are provided with linens, towels, complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer, and Wi-Fi. Washer and dryer are available in the unfinished basement, and the cabin is equipped with central heating and ceiling fans. For safety, there is one outward-facing exterior security camera. The property is dog-friendly with a pre-trip pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed. Enjoy this Cozy Lake house with a private dock and swimming area. Relax on the large over sized deck while observing the wildlife on the lake. Right next to the property is a public boat launch where you can launch your boat and have it tied to the cottages private dock for easy access. Also available with property is a peddle boat and kyak for your use. ATV trail access is 1/2 mile up the road. In the wintertime, you can snowmobile right from the property to the main trail system.
