Elsie’s apartment is simply amazing! Very well located, well equipped, calm neighborhood. The bus stop is just 50 meters away and in 15 minutes you are at the center of Manhattan! First and foremost, Michaela is one of the most responsive and helpful hosts I’ve encountered on this app. She elevated our experience with constant communication, flexibility, and timeliness with meeting us (we arrived at the airport at 5am and she met us at the Airbnb by the time we arrived at 6am!). Plus, I locked myself out and she bent over backwards to get a spare key to let me in. She’s amazing. The place itself is in a great location with beautiful views. As others have mentioned, people live there, so you’ll find the dressers and closets full of clothes. So you’ll need to live out of your suitcase. Overall, great experience.

stayed for a business trip but would also be good for a trip with the family. In a quiet neighborhood, but three blocks from restaurants and shopping. Also a short walk to the path train to go into NYC. highly recommend

Bill was an amazing host. From being up late on our first night around 1am. To being responsive, attentive and extremely helpful with anything we needed. To sharing many tips on getting into the city and around. As for the place it is extremely cozy and the perfect place to stay in for a trip to NY. Has many options nearby for food or groceries. Train is a 10 min walk and 30 min ride from Manhattan. Could not praise this location more.

This was my family's first time in New York, along with the two friends who traveled with me. Staying in Prince's property felt like being at home. From the start of the booking process and through departure, Prince was always available to answer questions and made me feel at ease that the location we were staying in was safe, clean, and family-friendly. The amenities in this home made it so that we could save money cooking some of our meals in the beautiful and well-equipped and well-stocked kitchen. The house is TWO MINUTES from La Guardia, but the home has double-paned windows so you won't hear airplanes flying overhead. I will definitely stay here again with my family the next time I'm in Queens!

I recently stayed at an Airbnb that surpassed my expectations! The host was quick to respond, and the space was very clean and welcoming. The location was great, with easy access to local attractions and excellent restaurants. I loved being close to the center of Piermont and the Hudson River. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

So glad we stayed at John's beachfront home. We wanted a way to escape the noise and chaos of a large city and this was the perfect fit. Granted the commute is longer, but we couldn't get enough of the amazing ferry ride from Rockaway to Manhattan/Wall Street. Such a great way to explore NYC.

Das Apartment hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war wahnsinnig bequem, sodass ich sehr gut schlafen konnte. Natürlich ist der Weg nach Manhattan hinein von Rockaway Beach aus nicht der Kürzeste, das war mir aber von vornherein klar. Innerhalb von 75 Minuten war ich „mitten drin“, ob ich mit der Bahn oder mit dem Schiff gefahren bin. Supermarkt und das empfehlenswerte „Restaurant“ sind auch fußläufig (5 Minuten) erreichbar. Auch als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich in der Gegend sicher gefühlt. Dass man innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß bei schönstem Wetter am Strand war, hat das Ganze noch abgerundet.

The place is beautiful specially for night city view . Quite place . House is very clean everything and host is very friendly and respectful and responsible. I recommend it’s best for summer because you can enjoy river view on board and fresh air . Winters it’s very cold for close to river for air . We had fun and we enjoyed. Pretty quiet place. Lovely . Logement spacieux, très propre, bien équipé niveau cuisine, 3 chambres avec literies très confortable, aucun bruit, Bonne situation pour le logement qui est situé à 20 mn de port authority avec le bus 127 juste a coté du logement, environ toutes les heures, Parfait pour un séjour pour visiter New York

Ready for an escape? Look no further! Dan’s place is a walk through history in a beautiful, scenic mix of beach and wilderness. I am a local and booked this stay over the week between Christmas and new years as a respite while we renovated our new home about 30 minutes away. Dan’s place is amazing, the scenery is surreal. The sunrise and sunsets are a do not miss. The lighthouse is your backyard and the bay with afternoon seal sightings are your front. 5 minute walk to the pub, easy access to all trails for bike riding and walking. Our kids and dogs had a blast. Lots of deer, foxes, birds. Truly felt like we were worlds away but only 30 minutes from our doorstep. Can only imagine the summertime here, but we soaked it up in the winter too. The house has preserved historic charm with modern updates, everything you need. We will be back!

This place is awesome for what it is - a large home that can accommodate many people with a ton of space. It also doesn't have the Airbnb special room of 4+ beds that sleeps 8 to pump up the amount that can sleep there. This listing is straightforward. The keyless entry is awesome, everything in the house works, and there is plenty of parking and amenities. It is older and dated, however, and lacks a few finish details but for what it is, this house is very, very worth it. Each room was separated enough to have privacy, the kitchen was functional, and the dining room, living room, and entry/sunroom all offered enough room for everybody in our party to feel comfortable. I would stay here again, especially with a large group. We were 7 adults and 6 children (all under 8) and this was 1000% better than a hotel or other living arrangement. Thank you Ashley! Estefany’s home is beautiful with an epic Hudson & Manhatten overlook. We were greeted at the door with a warm welcome, a quick tour, and a pristinly clean space. The best part was the NJ transit stop was right outside the door that went directly to Time Square. I'd stay here again and again.

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

The apartment is located in a perfect location, close to the Hudson River with amazing views across to the manhattan skyline. Transport links were great too - we were able to get across to manhattan for all the sightseeing trips we had booked quickly and smoothly. AJ was an excellent host. Very quick to respond and so helpful with our enquiries. All his responses and instructions were very clear. We would recommend this property to friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay. Parking is easy, apt clean and comfortable. Our room on 3rd floor, needs strong arm to carry luggage to room. Heater didn’t work well on first night. Host was very responsible to get it fix the next day. Fast in his response, giving us good advice to move around.
