Full size kitchen with quartz countertops, oven, microwave, fridge and beverage fridge and island. Seating for 6 in kitchen nook and seating for 8 in dining area. Free pass to white sand swimming beach on lake, or go fishing both are 4 miles away, and all gear is provided. FULLY stocked kitchen, 2 bdrm w/queen beds, Grill, & fast Wifi. I live in downstairs apartment, but do travel. Nothing is shared!

Lake Nottely Vacation Rental, King Beds, Pontoon

Entire lower level of lakefront home with private cove and dock. The lake is your backyard. Space includes three bedrooms (two with king-size beds and one with two twin beds) a large great room with fireplace, pool table, theater room, dining area, small but well-equipped kitchenette, 12x60 covered patio. Gas grill with side burner. During the summer season, you can rent our pontoon boat for $250 a day. You will need to reserve it in advance to make sure it is available.

TLC is a comfy cottage on a private 6-acre lake 15 minutes from Helen, and very close to many vineyards and hiking trails. Paddle a Jon boat or paddleboards, fish, swim, relax on a large deck, walk, dine on the screened porch, grill, and enjoy the fire pit. Comfortable new sleeper sofa obtained in 2022. We are handicapped accessible, and pet friendly. Wifi and smart TV are provided as well as many DVD’s, books and games. No cable TV or satellite TV. A fun nature getaway!
