Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 hectare of forest, a place for retreat, for family vacations, for "Simply being in Hollenstein". Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. The proximity to the Feuerkogel cable car (4-minute walk) and the Traunsee offers a variety of excursion possibilities. Our cottage is heated exclusively with wood. A basic equipment for living is available. On request we can offer wood for the fireplace. The complete plot is available for well-being.
