Kangaroos often graze in the morning. Although it feels rural, SNUGL is in-town close to the IGA, bottlo & other amenities. The tiny house is beautifully appointed with a large timber deck and all the facilities you expect including wi-fi, Baby Weber Q BBQ, firepit, and TV.

We are only 40 minutes from Mudgee and 10 minutes from Rylstone with both towns having well known wineries and restaurants.

It has a gorgeous 2 bedroom cottage (60m2) on 17 acres. Curl up in front of the combustion fire, take in the amazing views, wander around the property and find the creek, talk to the sheep and alpacas, listen to old time records or explore surrounding countryside. Haywards Cottage is a beautifully restored family home, featuring original pressed metal ceilings, centrally located in historic Rylstone. Situated opposite to the Bowling Club, tennis courts and golf course on a spacious corner block with off street parking for up to four cars. The cottage is one block from the town center featuring coffee shops, heritage buildings and restaurants, county hotels, newsagents, service stations and gift shops.

The renovated cabin is set in an acre of gardens and is an ideal retreat for a couple. The cabin has a Living/Bedroom area with one queen bed, a sunny Kitchen and a new Bathroom. There are cafes nearby, the Botanic Gardens are a short walk, and the main towns of the Blue Mountains are 20 minutes drive away.
