Direct access to the Paris-London greenway (Chaussy – Gisors section) and the Epte (1st category river) for your walks, bike and kayak rides. Property without neighbors, without any noise. In the Val d'Oise, 10 minutes from Magny-en-Vexin (A15 highway), 10 minutes from the Villarceaux Golf Course and 20 minutes from the Impressionism Museum (Claude Monet Foundation – Giverny).

It has the advantage of a splendid south-facing terrace, sheltered from the wind, also made of wood, measuring 35 m2, equipped with garden furniture, also made of wood :-). This single-storey accommodation is also accessible for people with reduced mobility (unofficial).
