Four close to the swimming area and beach

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. Here you live with proximity to both forest and swimming (beach), about 10 minutes walk from the residence. The bus goes every 15 minutes to Kungsängens station and from there the commuter into T-centralen, in about 30 minutes. Small center with a Coop store and a eatery , about 5 minutes walk from the residence. The area consists mostly of families with children and it is a lush and green area.

We rent our a nice appartment in the basement of our large house. The house is located 70 meters from the Lake Mälaren and you have access to your own terrace. 200 meters from the appartment there is a bus stop called Lilla Sjudargården. During October- April we rent our this appartment but during the summer May until October we rent out the charming cottage in the garden. The apartment is located in a newly built extension of a villa. In the villa other people are staying, but the apartment is completely separate so no spaces are shared.

The gable apartment is very centrally located in Sigtuna City. You are walking distance to all of Sigtunas Stadskärna and the whole city's culture and restaurants. Mariakyrkan can be seen from his windows. You have about 100 m to the bus both towards Stockholm and Uppsala. Also walking distance to, among other things, Gym and Padelhall. Outside of your entrance, you have access to the deck and parking.
