Nice small apartment in a great location, very close to a lot of restaurants

An excellent stay, with the beach almost around the corner along with the aquarium very close by, I loved the amenities, always hot water, and fresh. The rooms are very comfortable and the instructions are accurate with self check-in and check-out. The kitchen is very nice if you need to cook, with internet. Excellent place I will definitely be back. Thank you to the host Eduardo for answering my questions very attentive.

Great place to stay, quite a few options of super nearby restaurants, a gastropark that closes until the entrance in the early morning just in front for very rich dinner and a few drinks if you crave. It is located only one street from the boulevard so the beach is very close, about 15-20mins from the aquarium. It's a small space, but great for 2 people and enjoying their vacations widely

The truth is the accommodation is perfect in every way, for my needs and those of my other guests, it was excellent, no problem or complaint. The location, practically next to the beach and boulevard and electric parking gate makes it more comfortable and accessible. Look no further, it's here ah and the good attention of the staff, the pool, etc give plus.

The place is clean and tidy everything is in good condition and is very comfortable and the view is great , it matches almost 100% with the photographs and description. Just mention that the pool is in another building and is only one for all the towers so it can get a little full and the beach is crossing an avenue but there is a pedestrian bridge just leaving the building.

Staying in that place was a truly enjoyable experience. The comfort and cleanliness of the space exceeded my expectations. In addition, the attention received was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this home to other travelers. I hope to have the opportunity to return soon.

We whenever we go to Chachalacas we stay at Casa Balandra. It is a very nice house, the facilities are well cared for and Dany the girl who welcomes you is always attentive to what you need. We will continue to return :)

Great place to stay with everything you need to be very comfortable. The access to the beach gives it a plus, and very comfortable to enjoy the house with its pool and garden

The check in instructions are accurate, the local people we meet are friendly and give good food recommendations. Mr. Machucho is a nice person, he tells you good stories. The accommodation is as described and seen in the photos, there is wildlife that does not affect anything being in the house, there are iguanas, bats, cuijas, different birds, ants and so on. Mariela is super attentive in terms of doubts, accessible in terms of extra people; in short, it is a place I would return to without problems.

The apartment is in very good condition. Spacious and comfortable. It has what you need for a short stay, everything works. Although it is not right on the beach, it is a few steps away and very easy to reach. I always had quick and attentive communication due to the owners' parde. The building staff is friendly and we had no issues with the use of common areas. The apartment is very well located for quick and easy access to restaurant, shopping centers, etc. Highly recommended.

Great place with an affordable price for the area that is usually the most expensive in the place, you never felt a bit of insecurity, you don't even need transportation because everything was a few streets away from the place which made the stay easier. The place was perfectly outfitted with everything you needed, it's hard to find details or feel something missing. And the fact that there are 2 bathrooms make the stay easier and avoid internal conflicts. I use a detail but that is a bit external and it was the fact that the neighbors used to make too much noise in the early morning and woke us up. But that's not controllable as you can't go out on the street to shut up xd
