The house is decorated with the works of Armenian artist Martirosyan. Three bedrooms, kitchen-living room, gallery, two bathrooms, 4 balconies. We offer our guests Armenian cuisine (breakfasts, lunches and dinners). We also hold a master class on painting plates on prepared stencils. There is a place for cooking barbeque.

The supermarket is 500 metres away, and the main road to Lake Sevan is 500 metres away. You can get to the centre by taxi in 7–10 minutes for $2.5–4. If guests wish, we can organize tours with or without a guide, and you can also call a cook to prepare barbecue on the grill (this is very tasty and convenient).
