Vacation rentals in Vaksdal Municipality

Fin helg på fjellet til tross for veldig dårlig vær! Det er lenge siden det har vært så mye regn i februar. Men vi kom oss på skitur hver dag, begge familiene med 3-5-10 og 15 åringen. Kjempefine løyper over øverste hytte, tok på ski rett utenfor hytten. Kjekk akebakke for barna rett utenfor hytten. Veldig fin og stor hytte, rom for to familier. Varmekabler og mye tørr god ved. Kjekke spill, og endel kosedyr som de minste barna likte godt. Velutstyrt kjøkken. Vi har hatt en skikkelig fin helg. Takk for oss.

Hyggelig og hjelpsom, vi stor koste oss i leiligheten, barnevennlig. Vi kommer sikker tilbake igjen ☺️

Het bootje wat bij het huis zit is ideaal. Schitterende omgeving met wandelroutes door de bossen heen. Zit alleen 1 supermarkt en verder niets. Dus daarvoor gingen we naar bergen wat ook een schitterend plaatsje is

Trine and her charming family are very friendly and accommodating. The nice apartment offered is in a 100 years old and well maintained farmhouse with a stunning view and with an immediate proximity to hiking in the mountains where you will find rivers with beautiful waterfalls ans crystal clear pools. This is as genuine as it gets.

The family spent a wonderful 5 summer days here and re-discovering the lovely Voss area of Norway. The house is situated in a beautiful rural location on part of a family hillside farm, and has a great deal of history and charm. It faces south and has a fine view, also with great walks from the front door, heading up a mountain valley and along a scenic river with some good bathing pools. Many thanks to Leon and Bente who were so helpful and friendly, and their local lamb was really tasty. The house is quite remote and quite a distance up a country track from local services and amenities. The bathroom is small but perfectly fine and clean, with good washing machine, and the wooden staircase is steep but also fine for us. The beds are very comfortable. We paid extra at the end for bedding & towels, electricity, & wi-fi (which was sometimes a little unreliable). As long as you love such typical country places, and know what to expect, you will have a memorable stay. We may return!

Josie's place is a fantastic retreat in beautiful surroundings. It's fairly off the beaten track but a short hop to Mo which is not only stunning but has a store, pool, library, restaurant etc... We were travelling with a 2 year old and Josie's place was absolutely perfect for us. Lots of toys, books and games (inside and out) walkable to the river and a lovely little toddler bed in our room. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle with no TV and WiFi. Lovely family time and memories.

We stayed for a night in Lisa's beautiful home in Dale after a two day hike across the snowy mountains, and it was a really wonderful oasis of calm where we were able to rest and recuperate in comfort. The place is beautifully decorated and spotless, and the views of the valley are really incredible. Lisa was very responsive and the set up with the key box made check in very easy and flexible, particularly given we weren't able to give an accurate arrival time or communicate very consistently up in the mountains away from mobile signal.
