The apartment

This accommodation for 4 people (possibility of adding a baby kit) is ideally located in the city centre of Seyssel. Single-storey adjoining the car park, easy to find. Everything is done on foot. (bakery, market on Monday, butcher, pizzeria, bar restaurant etc. With the view of the Rhône, the Viarhona nearby, the surrounding mountains, on holiday or passing through, the apartment will be perfect for you. The sofa bed responsible for the bad reviews has been replaced by a brand new, very comfortable one!!

This accommodation has a resolutely unique style. It is a charming stone house. It is composed of a kitchen, a dining room bathed in light. A staircase leads to a 1st mezzanine serving a toilet, bathroom and a sleeping area with a 160 bed. Another staircase takes you to the living room equipped with a sofa bed (high-end) and TV. Charm and calm between lakes and mountains

Quiet and natural, change of scenery guaranteed! Les Acacias, gite*** is 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from Annecy and Bourget lakes and 45 minutes from Semnoz and Margeriaz ski resorts. The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Access to the "Acacias" for people with disabilities is provided, please contact us.
