The place is nice for large crowds. the place was clean and tidy. the swimming pool is added bonus. kids will love it there.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very comfortable, clean and perfect for families with kids. Our little ones immediately felt comfortable – there was enough space to play and even a few toys on site. Perfect place to spend an night near Parc Asterix and Paris! Very cozy and clean, as is the same on the listing. On the very practical side, check-in is self-contained, without time constraints with all the complete explanations. Very good communication with Siham. Advise without hesitation!

This place was amazing! Best AirBnb we stayed at so far! We were a group that for 8 including a one year old. The house/garden was very beautiful, spacious and the driveway was big enough two large cars. We enjoyed stay and will book again if we are visiting the area again.

It was a pleasure to stay at Maries lovely house, it had everything you could need. Marie was very easy to talk to & kindly let us arrive early as our flights got changed to earlier in the day. 5 mins walk to the bus to take you to Disney or Val d’europe shopping, local shops about a 10 minute walk. Easy to find everything using google maps! The pool was a nice luxury at the end of a long day! We would highly recommend!

Nothing to say very well equipped accommodation my son and it is engaged. We have a very good time very responsive at any time. She responds and finds the solution nothing to say for late checkout and romantic decor at the top. Thank you and the accommodation and very well equipped. It's really missing nothing. The place is truly exceptional! Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the outdoor amenities but we hope to come back. Great bedding, super nice house. The small steps made the happiness of our 11-month-old daughter who climbed them up and down with great happiness.

I spent a week T this apartment and it was everything I was looking for. One thing to be mindful for is that there are literally four floors and the spiral staircase provides for a great workout. Little children and older people should definitely be cautious! Otherwise it was worth every penny!

Great stay chez Amane. Very well equipped and comfortable for our family of 4. Even some games and a garden with swing for the kids. Amane was very helpful and responsive. 10/10 recommended.

Nice place to stay near the train as described in the listing. Boulangerie and supermarkets are within walking distance. There were five of us and we were very comfortable. The contact with Emilie and Nicolas was very nice, even a later checkout was not an issue. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation.

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably.
