Large and very cozy apartment, well-equipped kitchen, airy apartment, very attentive and kind owner, super recommend!

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. The place was well equipped, enjoyed using an air fryer for the first time & the BBQ was great! The outside decking area with hot tub was very relaxing and as the weather was not warm enough for the pool the hot tub was a welcome alternative for relaxing. The scenery was stunning. I would recommend providing some written recommendations on restaurants, areas to visit, walks in the area etc in the house. We looked online but personal recommendations left for guests would be a nice touch. I would recommend this house for its space for a family and Stephane was a very responsive host. You definitely need a car to enjoy the area, go to shops etc. We had not planned to hire one as I thought we could walk to the village in about 15 mins but we ended up getting a rental otherwise we would have relied on Ubers, which were quick enough but it adds up when you are a party of 5. Amazing house with a beautiful garden and many rooms to fit multiple families. We stayed with 8 kids (I know, crazy :)) and they found the house and the garden wonderful to run around and play. We would stay here again! The kitchen was somewhat small for our group, but there were many of us.

Beautiful and large house with magnificent views. Decorated with care and very clean. Excellent. Good quality bedding. Good wifi. Beautiful kitchen and living room, very large dining room. What a pleasure in hot weather to have air conditioning throughout the house. Large grounds and fenced for the dog. There is everything you need garden furniture, deckchairs, games, books available. 20 minutes' walk to the beach and a road that goes uphill quite a bit to get back. Denis responds quickly to messages and gives good advice. Go there, you'll have a lovely vacation.

Very nice house, well equipped, we felt very welcome. There is simply nothing missing and the location to the beach or downtown is optimal. Simply put, an all-round perfect house in Sanary sur mer. Monique is a perfect hostess, we will be happy to come back

Very convenient accommodation, very well equipped especially for a child! Tastefully decorated home, it's fine . It is necessary to take the car to move . A little out of the way from the beautiful places of Hyeres.

The house is very quiet and secured outside. Inside you can park your car. It has everything you need. Very pleasant are the two bathrooms and the large outdoor area, even if it was a bit cool for the pool. We were warmly welcomed by Christine, Lara's mother. In the week we spent there, Christine's husband was there for us and gave us tips for the area and took care of everything. All in all a wonderful stay in the house, great hosts and also nice neighbors. Highly recommended.
