A 40-square-metre apartment in El Cabañal on the second floor with a staircase typical of the construction of the Poblados Marítimos of Valencia, with 15 steps! The staircase provides access to two apartments, both of which are my property. My daughter and I live upstairs with independent access. I am available 24 hours a day via the app for any questions, needs or problems. You can count on us! In this house, if something breaks, it's okay. You don't have to pay for it!! At the time of departure, the most important thing is not to forget something that you will need later.
