Private house with room, kitchen, bathroom and sauna (47m2) In the room, there is a fold-out sofa bed for two and a single bed( two children at different height) In the kitchen, there is a stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine,dishes. For an additional fee, a house sauna, an outdoor sauna (ice hole), a barrel sauna by the pond. Hiking and skiing trail 1.5km. Babysitting is also possible.

A nice place away from the hustle and bustle of the city for both family vacations and relaxation with friends. The property has a large yard area, several BBQ facilities and water features. There is NO EXTRA CHARGE for guests to use: ▪️YEAR-ROUND, a nice sauna and an enclosed grill house where you can grill in any weather. ▪️SEASONALLY (May-cept) hot tub, sauna, sup paddle board and outdoor kitchen with long table and ceramic grill. ◾️Firewood is provided on-site! Beautiful log house in Otepää city centre and near Tehvandi stadium. Perfect location to go skiing, walk to supermarket or restaurants. Only 2,5 km to Pühajärve beach. On the first floor we have open living room with kitchen and soapstone fireplace. There is also 1 bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom, sauna and toilet. On second floor we have 4 bedrooms with 9 beds, bathroom with toilet and storage room. House is very suitable for athletes, locating near by Tehvandi Stadium.
