Downtown, quiet house. 2 km to Xamk campus. We offer morning coffee/tea. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry detergents, bed linen and towels are included. 4th floor, elevator renovation until 14.11! The key is located 2.4 km from the apartment, pick-up after 3 pm according to your own schedule. For an additional fee of 6€, key handover from the railway station R-kioski during the opening hours of the kiosk, free of charge for bookings over 2 nights. The train station has a long-term parking space and a 2-hour disc parking space in front of the house.

Small home, in the heart of the city

You can borrow my studio home located in city center of Kouvola. My home is across the market square. Neighbors are rather elederly people. Some noise you can hear ofcourse, since it s a question about appartmentbuilding from 1970. I have a dog, chihuahua Mila, so even though I clean up, its possible to find some hair. Mine or Milas. So my home is not suitable for dog-allergic persons. For the sleeping, I have a 120x200 size of a bed. Its very good for one person, but bit tight for two.

The midcentury farmhouse is very much in it's original glory with only the basic modern amenities added for comfort like hot water supply, AC and WIFI. Here it's possible to experience the Finnish sauna, watch the stars at night and wake up to the chirping of birds in the morning and go hiking in the nature or take a bicycle ride to the town of Loviisa.

The nearest electric car charging point is in the yard of the Sale market.

This particular location is in the city center, i.e. Kotkansaari, in the old harbor. Just a stone's throw away are the Satama Arena, Vellamo and the new Xamk campus. The market and the Pasaati shopping center are about 400 m away. This tiny Citypesä is conveniently accessible by car and train, and thanks to its own entrance and code lock, you can check in flexibly according to your own schedule.
