What an amazing house with swimming pool, something on the cold side in October:-). We were there with 8 people and there is enough room for that. Spacious rooms and cleanly furnished. A 10-minute drive from the town of Vilamarxant, where there is a shop and a baker. The bakery has delicious bread, but you have to be early for that otherwise it's up. Supermarket also has great bread. Valencia is a half hour drive away, you will be on the highway in no time. Daniel communicates pleasantly, responds quickly and adequately. The manager Fernando is very helpful and friendly and also responds quickly through the app. Is also quickly on the spot if needed.

Lots of peace and tranquility. We were a group of 10 people and a dog, and we felt very comfortable and with plenty of space. The three-story layout made the different spaces independent, and those who wanted to stay up late didn't disturb others. The dining table, once opened, allowed all 10 of us to sit comfortably. We couldn't enjoy the outdoors due to the typical winter temperatures, but from what we saw it was very well prepared for BBQ and outdoor activities. The house is situated in a residential development on the outskirts in the highest area, which gives beautiful views, and the night sky was amazing. Teresa always responded very quickly to our questions and the self-check-in was very comfortable. As a constructive criticism, perhaps mention that it would be fantastic if bath towels were included. Without a doubt, if we return to the area, we would stay there again

Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax

It was my partner and I with the 2 dogs fleeing the Fallas and the truth is that everything was great, everything was very clean and very attentive. We were also able to enjoy the jacuzzi ( it's covered) and some good chops made in the barbecue area that they have prepared. Although the temperatures were very low , we didn't experience any cold weather throughout the stay. We were able to disconnect agusto :)

It is ideal if you are looking to disconnect. The house is perfect, clean, tidy, with all kinds of utensils. Plus this new one, and the views are amazing. Communication has been very fluid at all times, giving us recommendations of places to visit or where to eat/dinner. We would definitely be happy to go back.

The town and great surroundings to disconnect and beautiful places to visit, as well as its people who are wonderful and treat you beautifully. We had a fantastic stay at Virginie’s home which really exceeded our expectations. The house is well equipped providing everything you need for a comfortable stay, and is usefully all on one level and has the separate annex. The garden is extensive and well laid out with shade and sun at all times of the day and with a lovely outdoor eating area and a beautiful pool. The house is located in a quiet suburb of La Canyada which has a great range of shops, restaurants and bakeries in close reach, and it’s easy to catch the metro into Valencia. David welcomed us and was very helpful responding to any questions and proving recommendations of places to eat and visit. Thanks very much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Manuel and Mariola are extremely friendly hosts who welcomed us as members of their own family. Discreet and responsive to the slightest request. They made our stay a pleasant one. The house is spacious and offers all the comforts necessary for a long stay. The pool, jacuzzi and outdoor shower were particularly appreciated by the whole family. a big thank you to Mariola for preparing an authentic paella that we all loved. I highly recommend Manuel and Mariola for their kindness and warm welcome.

The house is very nice, very quiet with a great terrace. Natalia as a hostess is the best: very attentive, responding to questions of local recommendations very quickly. Capsule coffee maker and kitchen equipped with cositas for breakfast. Climatization excellent and pet friendly 😊 A place to come back and enjoy!
