You literally stand a little "over things", privacy & tranquility, yet in the middle of village life. 2 bedrooms, living room, open kitchen, shower room & large terrace with pergola. The Atico is its own building on the roof of a beautiful villa. Access via separate external stairs. Stylishly furnished. Ideal for 3 people, 4 people easily possible. The special thing about this accommodation is the private and personal seclusion, although you are in the middle of the Bario. It's like an eagle's nest with a wide panoramic view. In the sunshine (almost always), the large sun terrace expands the living room & breakfast and is happy to be relaxed under the open air. The entire Atico / penthouse is at guests' disposal, in addition the large terrace and the small laundry house with its own washing machine on the terrace. You are very undisturbed and have a lot of privacy. Since I am abroad myself (so not on site), it may be that the key is accommodated in the key safe to receive. A contact person is always on site if needed. Optionally, up to max. 4 bikes that are otherwise quite expensive in the rental at the bike shop. From approx. April 24, a house will be built on the neighboring property and, depending on the construction phase, there may be typical disturbances such as noise.

Casita Aurelia is located in the historic village of La Calera, Valle Gran Rey. Enjoy extensive ocean views and a tranquil garden terrace with papaya and frangipani trees. Three beautiful beaches are within a 10-15 minute walk passing by banana and vegetable gardens. Shop at the local organic farm or eat out at the many excellent restaurants in the Valle. The house is a 5 minute walk up from public parking. It is well equipped for a wonderful stay. Not suitable for toddlers no wheelchair access.

This lovingly built cottage is located in picturesque terraces in the lower Valle Gran Rey directly on the hiking trail and is used as a small finca. Access is via a stairway that requires good footwear, you will be rewarded with a magnificent view. The little house is built by ourselves with great affection. It is located in the lower part of the valley, next to the road to Guada. The cottage has a small organic garden and you can pick vegetables and fruits.
