Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Valnerina

The little house is lovely!Exactly what my partner and I were looking for: a warm and welcoming space surrounded by nature, with also the garden and animals. A real escape from the city!Bianca is very kind, very helpful and discreet. Thanks again for everything!!!

Franco met us in the town center and we followed his car on a 8 minute drive down a narrow side street to the apartment. We conversed using Google Translate and he showed us everything around the house. He is a gem of a person and very helpful. He sent us a lot of useful information about events around the town for Easter. The apartment is small, cozy and rustic with the basics. The porch in front of the main door offers a great view of the countryside, partially hidden by the house in front. The Medieval tower of Castiglione Florentine is pretty with excellent views. You need a car to explore the surrounding area. We loved Assisi, Montepulciano, Sienna - so many beautiful towns. P.S. The wi-fi is flaky and not sufficient for working remotely on zoom/teams conferences.

The house is very nice, characteristic and spacious. The garden with bbq is enjoyable and the house really has EVERYTHING you could need. We were 2 families and we always had at least 1 meal a day in the house and we had everything we needed. Washer and dryer present. We went in Easter week, the village was uninhabited, but the house is in the majella park and there are already many trails. Also the location is not bad because it is halfway between the eagle area and the Pescara area. Clearly you have to get around by car, but you can easily reach many wonderful places. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away, the restaurant is 10 minutes away. It was the vacation we wanted, for us it was beautiful!

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

We stayed for the night at Sandra’s to rest during the night. Sandra is super responsive and we enjoyed our stay at her place. It is located in a beautiful region of Italy and is the perfect spot for those looking for a quiet place nestled in the mountains.

Each home offers unique comfort, with assets such as a sublime pool and incredible panoramas. We particularly enjoyed the terrace of our house, offering a breathtaking view. Enrico's warm and caring welcome, always available to make our stay perfect, really marked our experience. This exceptional place is a real gem, and we'll be happy to go back. This stay was a moment of pure happiness, from start to finish.

Lovely historical city within walking distance and plenty of outside space for the small ones to go on adventure. The communication was smooth, friendly and professional. We will come back for sure😊

This was our second time at Vrinda’s house, which means we were happy to come back and have a great time again! We definitely recommend it if you want a cozy place to feel at home and in the middle of the nature of Umbria.

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. This was a wonderful comfortable home to base ourselves for the week whilst we explored Cortona and beyond. It was everything we could have hoped for. Very peaceful with amazing views.

Daniela was extremely kind and helpful, responding quickly to all my questions. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. Very nice and cozy home in the hilly / mountainous Umbria, which is completely private with long distance to neighbors, so you can enjoy the holiday with your loved ones. Communication with hosts is easy and easy - and checkout is flexible. The pool is not heated of course. We brought wetsuits for the youngest, so they could benefit more from the pool in the month of October. The garden can be used to play football and other ball games and generally the outdoor facilities are top notch. Rooms and bathrooms are in great condition and the kitchen is well-stocked. The only downside is that it is +15 minutes to the first real city, where you can buy ice cream, pizza, pasta and the possibility of larger purchases. So all trips away from the house must be by car, but you can easily get the day to walk in and around the house on warm sunny days. Too bad there is no room for 8 people, because the facilities of the house (except the bedrooms) can easily accommodate 8 people. We'd love to come back.

We had a pleasant stay with the family despite the rain. Simone booked us the covered tennis class, the restaurant, and even arranged for us in record time the repair of our car. The house is splendid, breathtaking view, the amenities are very comfortable.

We did not see Claudia in person but we met Stefano (father-in-law) very kind always ready for any request, fantastic cottage ground floor with patio with grill and inside with fireplace with plenty of firewood, everything in order and cleanliness even utensils and linen !!! I highly recommend this place

I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.

Francesca and Vittorio's house is a paradise just a few kilometers from Rome The interior is taken care of in every detail, especially the master room,magnificent covered veranda where we enjoyed unforgettable breakfasts, outside with a crazy pool,you will feel like you are in the London countryside. The kitchen is a dream , super equipped , the outward view at sunset will make you forget everything! Recommended for those who love the countryside and nature, the dog Elisabetta has kept us company for the duration of our stay, flexible check-in, friendly hosts! thanks for everything.
