Il Giardino del Uglivi is really a comfortable place to stay. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids and everything was perfect. The description on Airbnb is exactly what we saw during our stay. Two big bedrooms and a huge living area. Perfect bathrooms! It’s important to mention the garden. It was so good for our kids. They enjoyed the playground and the table tennis! About the location, it’s a 10 minute drive to Cortona. But for those with children, Camucia has great playgrounds around 3 minutes by car! Don’t miss them! Certainly we will come back to Giardino del Uglivi as soon as possible!

We had an excellent week in the accommodation whose services are really of quality. The environment is sublime, stunning views from the logge and from the pool. Absolute calm, very clean and well-equipped apartment, upon arrival a breakfast basket was provided, as well as a bottle of prosecco. Very nice touches after a long drive. The area is beautiful and the perfect location for visiting the main towns nearby. In addition, Andrea who has taken care of us has always been extremely responsive and enthusiastic. We highly recommend! Perfectly suited for a family.

The place was a dream everything was perfect, the only thing was the way there very narrow and steep dirt road, but otherwise everything was great otherwise 😍👍🏻

Impeccable experience, very nice apartment, clean and well-kept. Beautiful terrace with hot tub from which to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Emanuele then was super responsive, kind and helpful (to tell me one: he also helped us transport the groceries from the parking lot to the apartment, it was like meeting an old friend). Luca and Alina were kind, helpful and discreet hosts. The apartment is spacious, new, well furnished and cozy; the location is a few kilometers from the sea and main amenities, but quiet and reserved. The exterior and pool area are also thoughtful and welcoming. Not being at sea level allows you not to suffer so much from the heat.

Beautiful location with a lovely outdoor area. The space was great for a big group, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was fantastic with responding and provided recommendations in the area - very much so recommend the chef and also the wine tasting nearby. A plus was the pizza oven. Interior of the home is quite simple, some of the outdoor furniture could be in need of some replacement / new cushions. We also needed to pick up a few extra items like soap, shampoo and toilet paper for the bathrooms especially for a one week stay.

Casa Betania is a charming two-story farmhouse, a stone's throw from Recanati, nestled in the Marche hills. In addition to being able to enjoy the nice apartment on the ground floor, there are ample green outdoor spaces equipped with comfortable wooden tables where you can eat and hammocks to relax. The owners of this beautiful estate are Glauco and his fantastic family. Very helpful and friendly people who were able to make us feel at home. 3 gems we didn't expect and pleasantly surprised us: - a very nice above ground pool that in summer is always welcome; - a game room cabin inside the house that reminded us of beautiful childhood memories; - two chickens who gave us tasty fresh eggs. In short, fully satisfied!!!
