Boys' cottage on the farm Sygard Listad is newly renovated. The farm doesn't have any animals, but you live on historical grounds. Olav the Holy lived 6 days on Listad in 1021 to prepare for a meeting with Dale-Gudbrand during the christianization of Norway. The water in the fountain is from "Olavskilden". The farm lies in the middle of Gudbrandsdalen, in the middle of Oslo and Trondheim. The nearest neighbour is Sør-Fron Church (Gudbrandsdalsdomen).
