Vacation rentals in Van Buren County

10/10 we would stay here again. super flexible, friendly and the communication was great. close to the beach and restaurants so we could walk everywhere we needed. thanks again jeff!

My friend and I wanted a quick getaway and this place was perfect for us. It is right across from the beach (literally you can see the water from the front door), it is walkable to all the restaurants and shops nearby, and it is as described. The area is clean, cute, and safe but we were here in the off season so I imagine town is bumping in the summer. Mike was helpful and easy to talk to!

So much fun! Much nicer than the pictures. We will definitely be coming back every year. My grandkids had so much fun fishing and kayaking and swimming it’s definitely a trip they will remember! So fun.

Kate was extremely nice throughout the process. She worked with us on an unexpected change in our trip. The house is very comfortable, well stocked, and made a great spot for my friend and I as a remote-work retreat. There’s good sunlight during the day. The dining table was a comfortable spot for working during the day and dining/playing games during the evening. The rooms had blackout blinds if you want to sleep in. You can walk to Hagar Beach - but must cross the highway. It’s an easy 15 minute jaunt to St Joe/Benton Harbor or South Haven. There are neighbors across the rode and a few other homes visible from the property. But we still felt isolated. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening and nightly visits from a small group of deer.

My friend and I had a relaxing getaway weekend at Erica and Alyssa's home! Everything in the home was exactly as described, and we appreciated the thoughtful details such as ample kitchen supplies, Keurig pods, hot chocolate, and so many towels! A big perk for us was the backyard hot tub. The location was perfect: walking distance to South Haven, and in the other directions it's also walking distance to a Walgreens and a grocery store. This made everything seem so convenient and we didn't have to worry about where or when to pick anything up. A great stay!

Lovely updated home perfect for our family of 3. We had every thing we needed as well as incredible views of the sunrise and a 5 minute walk to the beach to view the sunset. Neighborhood is also very nice and quiet. Host was top notch, David was very responsive and provided excellent recommendations. Only criticism would be the cleanliness could have been better but David did reply quickly regarding our concerns to address it.

Can’t say enough good about the place and host! Had a beautiful weekend in St Joseph. The location is perfect. Walked everywhere! Highly recommend!! Thanks Juniper Holiday & Home!!!

This was the perfect place for us! It was only a few minutes drive from downtown. Could walk to the beach if you wanted. Kitchen had all the amenities. We didn't get to use the outdoor areas due to the time of year but would be so nice in another season. Owners were very helpful and responsive. Beaches are clean and sunsets are beautiful. It's only about a 30 minute or less drive to St. Josephs, Benton Harbor, Saugatuck, Holland. We did them all! Would definitely stay here again!
