Casa agradable totalmente reformada en primera línea de playa, con solarium y vistas al mar. Con ubicación privilegiada y resguardada del viento Alisio que sopla en la Zona. Situada en la avenida o paseo de la Playa del Burrero donde podrás bañarte, pescar, hacer surf, windsurf o kitesurf. La casa es ideal tanto para cortas estancias (por su proximidad al aeropuerto) como para largas estancias ya que está muy bien comunicada tanto con la capital como con la zona turística del sur de la isla.

BRISA DEL MAR APARTMENT, ONE STEP FROM THE SEA.

Apartamento reformado y con mobiliario nuevo a menos de 30 metros del mar. Cerca de varios locales de restauración con terraza, tiendas, etc. Se encuentra a 10 minutos del aeropuerto de Gran Canaria, en la playa del Burrero. En este barrio costero del sureste de la isla se disfruta de bellos amaneceres, de la hospitalidad de su gente, de la tranquilidad de la zona, de aguas limpias y ricas en yodo, de un lugar único para la práctica de deportes náuticos, paseos por la costa, comida local, etc.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Apartment Fantastic: Sun, Beach, Wind&Dive

Ground-floor apartment in a semi-detached house with separate entrance, consisting of: living room, kitchen, bedroom with 135x185cm bed, very small bathroom with shower (see photos!). Hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, washing machine, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, TV, Wi-Fi. Very convenient commute to beaches and the north of island. 3.5 km from the coast, quiet outlying area in Vecindario. Free street parking. Cover: Amadores Beach, 30 km south. I recommend renting a car.

Casa Amma, in Villa de Agüimes.

Canarian house from the 19th CENTURY, newly restored, in the historic center of Villa de Agüimes. A very peaceful ,charming and traditional area. Surrounded by all amenities, craft workshops and areas to enjoy this wonderful village. 100 m/2: Double bedroom Living-dining room with sofa bed Kitchen Bathroom Semi-covered patio with hammocks, shower and relaxation area. All on one floor, no stairs. The car comes to the door of the house. Close to beach, airport, and mall.

La ERASuite A. Luxurious apartment and big terrace

Terrace RENOVATED in May 2024. Elegant and new Studio Design with a huge terrace to enjoy the weather of Gran Canaria. Central, with all services around: supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, shops. Bus and taxi stop just in front of it. 10 min by car from the airport and 15 min from best beaches. Located in the center of Vecindario, in front of small park place, just beside of Tourism information office. For long stays you can have a cleaning service for a small charge.

Romantic cave with terrace and sea views

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

Eni's House

The house is a typical Canarian dwelling more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value, in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an outdoor patio, with hammock and lounge area.

Casa Mamasica. It's a cozy and beautiful house. It has all the amenities. A spectacular terrace overlooking a landscaped park. But above all, Casa Mamasica stands out for its tranquility. It is just 8 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from the island's emblematic sites. To the north, we find the kilometer-long Las Canteras beach and to the south, the impressive Maspalomas Dunes. And just 5 minutes away from the cave restaurants in the Barranco de Guayadeque.
