In the garden of one of the prestigious civil bathing villas surrounding the park, there is a small rental apartment with a separate entrance. The historic city center, main square, pedestrian street and Festetics Castle are all within a few hundred meters. The shore of Lake Balaton and the City Beach are about 300 meters away, and is separated by a cooling walk just through the park.
