Welcome to this magical summer residence! A typical Swedish little red cottage which lies next to a small bird lake and with the Swedish forest surrounding the area. Large grass lawn to run around, safe, tranquil and rich in wildlife. A peace full paradise. Enjoy the new sauna with panoramic windows or take a hot bath in the wood-fired barrel right next to the lake. The hot tub is not open during the winter due to the water freezing, from November to March. The sauna is open all year round.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The hot tub is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until the end of September, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Cozy cottage with pool, close to Hökensås golf course

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home overlooking fields and the forest behind the house. Enjoy the pole, barbecue area, deck or maybe the wind shelter in the forest. In winter, there is often snow. Proximity (30 km to Billingen in Skövde) which has West Sweden's best ski tracks. The Billing is highly recommended! In spring, summer and autumn, there is also proximity to fishing at Hökensås, disc golf in Tidaholm or why not golf at Hökensås just 8 km away. Welcome!

Fantastic mill with history from the 16th century. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge/freezer. In the small TV room there is a smart TV. Upstairs it was a carpentry workshop which is now a modern TV room with wifi, amplifier,Chromecast, speaker system and projector. The shower is located in the basement. The balcony facing the sheep garden has garden furniture and spa baths. Woodstove in the kitchen.Sauna is available.

The pool is open and heated June-August. Pool and gym are shared with us living in the house. 2 minutes walk to busstop with close connections to Örebro City and Marieberg Shopping Centre.
