Vacation rentals with a patio in Vaud

Probably one of the best apartments I've stayed in Lausanne! A real pleasure. Only compliments for this good. I hope to have the opportunity to return in the future.

Mohammad, although absent, was very attentive to make our stay go smoothly in messages and responded immediately when we approached him. The apartment is spacious, very nice and quiet. Good place that I can recommend.

The apartment was convenient, and very well decorated. It had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. I recommend it!

Nice place, good communication, highly recommended

We enjoyed our stay in Julia's place. It was perfect for us. it is well-equipped and very clean. We appreciated the self check-in and check-out. We had a little problem getting into the building but Julia's was very responsive and the issue was resolved quickly. We walked most of the time but transportation is very good in Geneva and it was nice to have a bus stop close to the apartment. Thanks for a great stay.

Simone's house is extremely lovingly designed. We felt comfortable from the first moment. The kitchen was well equipped, we lacked nothing. Communication with Simone was straightforward, quick, and very helpful. The friendly and empathetic exchange will always be remembered. The ski lift was within walking distance and the ski area was large and diverse. We would come back back. Thank you very much!

Exceptional rental! From the spacious and clean entrance, very easy and well-described procedure. A large garage, wide and high spaces (ski box on the roof of the car). The apartment is beautiful. Tastefully decorated and high-end furniture. Very complete equipment. The bedding is very comfortable, the 2 bathrooms are a plus. A balcony on the bedroom side in the sun in the morning, and a large balcony on the living room side in the sun in the afternoon :-) The residence's amenities are ultra complete, with the gym, sauna, laundry room, ... Everything is spacious and at no time would you feel cramped. The neighborhood is very quiet. Less than 100 meters from the train to go to the slopes (or go/return from the village). You can also reach the village center by walking along a quiet path (10-15 minutes). I could live in this apartment all year round with pleasure! And thank you for the chocolate on arrival ;-)

Great place to stay. It can accommodate up to 4 people: 2 in the bedroom on 2 in the sofa bed. it is spacious and quite well equiped. For 2 people it is a little bit too expensive: this is why I rated it with 4 stars.

The apartment is very nice, clean and well located. It fits the description and photos perfectly, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this listing and will not hesitate to come back during our next stay. Thanks again to our hosts for their warm hosting!

From the moment we booked to the time we left, Claudia was extremely responsive and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us with ideas for our stay and made us feel welcome from the start. The house is exactly as pictured, but the pictures don't do the view justice. It is just breathtaking. The automatic shades open in the morning and reveal the mountains for you to admire while drinking your cup of coffee in bed. Overall, I highly recommend Claudia's home for its convenience to the train, the views, and the high-end amenities that make the home very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home. The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week’s stay. And the garden and terrace are amazing! Rachel is super responsive and was very easy to contact with any questions. The book with suggestions of restaurants and places to visit was really useful. Great location and loved the chickens :). We would definitely stay again!

Arne has always been reacrif and considerate. The accommodation was very well equipped, faithful to the description, and in a very peaceful area. Access in a few minutes walk from the lakefront. We are holding the address for a future visit. Thanks for everything Arne!

Catrine’s house was a delight to stay in. The magnificent views onto the Lake and Mountains were breathtaking. Clean, spacious and has everything you need. Would definitely come back here if I visit Montreux again.

It was a pleasant stay in a quiet place!

¡Fantastic experience! The apartment is beautiful, very clean and tastefully decorated. We were able to travel with our pets, and they loved the garden, they didn't want to leave! The views are spectacular and the location is ideal - easy to find and with convenient parking. Although there is no TV or microwave, we don't need them at all. Host was lovely and very responsive. We felt right at home and certainly will go back!

This place was just BEYOND PERFECT!! We had everything we needed for our stay. The small thoughtful details such a tea, salt, and some spices made a difference. Even cards and toys - I mean everything was appreciated. Oh! We loved the chocolates and the kids felt extra special with the chocolate bunnies. Thank you Irina.

What a find! Without a doubt my new favourite place in the Alps. It is absolutely beautiful, Taline has decorated the space with incredible taste, if I could get her to decorate my own house I would! The living space is ideal, with different seating areas meaning you can be together or enjoy some peace and quiet. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped and everything was spotless and felt brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. In short, it was perfect. I can’t wait to stay again!

We stayed in the apartment with six adults and a small dog for 10 days and enjoyed the stay very much. The whole apartment is very tastefully decorated and there is everything you need. We have especially used the large conservatory intensively. In sunshine, a large part of the window front can be opened and you sit almost outside. The hospitality of Thierry and Marianne is very large and warm. Due to an accident of a co-traveling person, the arrival was later than originally agreed. This postponement of the arrival time was possible without problems and we were very warmly welcomed. During the entire stay, Thierry and Marianne were on the upper floor of the house, kept discreetly in the background on the one hand, but were on the other hand if any question came up. Thank you for a great stay, which we really enjoyed!

Superb and beautiful with a great view. Thanks for being your guest! A own car is really favorable to get easily to the apartment.

The place was perfect and were very happy to be hosted by Natalia. Everything was spotless clean and we felt right at home. The kitchen is equipped with brand new kitchenware and we were missing nothing. The location is very quiet. It is 10min away from the lakeshore and 3 min away from EPFL. The public transport to Lausanne city center is very convenient and Natalia also provided us with tickets! I highly recommend you choose this place if you visit :)

Very nice apartment, identical to the description given by the host. The house is equipped with everything you need for a good stay. Rainer is very responsive and answered all our questions.

The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the view from every window of this "tree house" is indescribable. We felt like we were in southern Sweden, an hour away from our home! Jasmin welcomed us warmly and we felt very welcome. On the property we saw a kingfisher, a green woodpecker and on the lake a flock of cormorants - a bird paradise! The proximity to nature is phenomenal, the light, the old trees, the rain that pattered on the roof at night - everything was perfect! The apartment is also tastefully decorated and everything you need is available. We'd love to come back!

Excellent stay. Peaceful, with a responsive and generous host. Access to both beautiful walks and not far from the lakeside towns. Recommended!

Very cosy traditional spacious apartment that feels like a home. Attentive, flexible, warm host who provided nice snacks and drinks so even late-arrival guests don’t go hungry. Arzier is a village of outstanding scenic beauty - Mont Blanc, Matterhorn and Lake Geneva view. 10min train ride to Saint Cergue for skiing. 30min train to Nyon, 1h to Geneva. Very friendly locals including Denner supermarket staff who were very helpful compared to the staff in the bigger towns. Unusually Denner is open half day on Sundays. Don’t miss the amazing boulangerie by Julian Manska - open 630 am and 7pm with beautiful food and great coffee.
