!! The price is reduced due to balcony restoration in Summer/early Fall 2025. Feel like at home in a well furnished apartment at the city center. Bus/railway station (760 m) and airport (ca. 1 km) are easy to reach. Main shopping center & marketplace 400 meters away. Beds in the bedroom can be separated. Living room has a double sleeper (size=140*200 cm) and a short sofa for one who is under 170cm tall. Wifi, free parking, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom & Sauna add luxury.

The newly completed air-conditioned apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and all the comforts. Experience the wonderful peace of the stone house and the atmospheric environment. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The apartment is 40.5 m². Just cross the street, and you're at the marketplace, where you can enjoy the leisurely life of the early day and the offerings of the marketplace. You can get local specialties from the market kiosks. There is a grocery store and a post office on the street level of the house. The city's beautiful harbor area is a short walk away, as well as the summer theater and the Fortress.
