THE TURQUOISE HOUSE WITH AN OCEAN VIEW

The Turquoise house has two floors. Downstairs there is a room with a double bed and a full bathroom and another with bunk beds. Upstairs there is a kitchen equipped with dishes, oven and refrigerator, table with benches and living room with ocean views. The barbecue is in the garden surrounded by trees. The water is from a well, the electricity and the gas from a cylinder. It can be accessed by car because it is on the last street that can be crossed with a vehicle from the seaside resort. Then walking about 200 meters through the dunes you reach the sea.

Its main attraction is a 4-meter-long by 2-meter-high window with an unbeatable view of the Salamanca grottos and Sosa mountains. The house is built in a valley with a total area of 12 hectares. The cottage is located on the beachfront of Playa Norte and a few steps from the "center". It is ideal for relaxing and interacting with the natural environment that a magical place like Cabo Polonio offers. The house does not include bed linens, we recommend bringing yours or if you need to rent, let us know in advance!
