A cozy and bright apartment with use of garden and private entrance. Easily accessible from highway. Swimming pool, tennis and golf courses, ice rink, theater, prehistoric village, mini golf course and parks within walking distance. Shops and eateries (supermarket, Chinese, snack bar, pizzeria, kebab, sushi) within a radius of 150 meters and 20 minutes walk to the center of Eindhoven. Free parking. Bicycles can also be stored inside. They are also available for rent.

The Small village "Knegsel" is surrounded by forrest, an excellent walking and cycling area. Our house has a sepperate Studio with lots of privacy. Do you like swimming, E3 beach is a stone's throw away, 10 minutes by bike (for rent)! Dinee café de Kempen in Knegsel is known for its delicious 3-course dinner for a reasonable price! Don't feel like cooking, 5 minute walk to this restaurant (also takeaway)! Tourist village Eersel 5 minutes by car. The 2-person bed is made! Option 1-person bed.

Just a secret tiny house in the middle of the city, I often hear my guests say. The view of the garden, waking up with chirping birds, offers an oasis of peace in the, within walking distance, lively city. The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs.
