The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

Our apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with the most important comforts. Good heating, cooking facilities including pots, pans, oven/microwave and crockery and a refrigerator. It has its own front door, private terrace, little view and within walking distance of a lot of amenities. Information folder regarding activities in the area is provided.

Privacy and hospitality are key words for us. You will have a light living room, a complete kitchen and bathroom, a bedroom, two more beds in a small loft, a veranda and a small yard. We, Menno and Lian, welcome guests to our Rijksmonument villa Daalhuis in Velp near Arnhem. BREAKFAST Breakfast is not included. The LIDL and AH are right around the corner. However, if desired, we serve breakfast for you in the room or in one of the cozy en-suite dining rooms on the ground floor. We'll settle this on the spot. Per breakfast pp €15,- GARDEN Our guests are allowed to use our large garden.

Cottage Rosendael can be found on the estate of Castle Rosendael, close to the historic castle, the beautiful gardens and the cozy Orangery. Velp and Arnhem are around the corner, but just as easily you can walk or bike from the cottage into the nature of the Veluwezoom. The ultimate house for families with children, hikers, cyclists, but also the perfect place to stay with friends or couples.

Centre and parc are a 5 to 10 minutes walk. It's also nearby the so called "Modekwartier". We have a nice 120 years old home which is big enough to welcome some guests. We allready had several guests from the UK who came to visit the Airborne Memorial places. Mind this; we are all vaccinated, we ask yoy the same and if not possible due to your condition, we ask for a negative testresult.
