Wir bieten euch ein Ferienhaus mit insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmern (3 Doppelbettzimmern (1 je SZ mit Rollläden), 1 SZ mit 2 Etagenbetten (mit Rollläden)), 2 Badezimmern, Whirlpool, Sauna, Sandkiste, Terrasse, Dachterrasse, E-Ladesäule und einem rollstuhlgerechten Erdgeschoss auf einem eingezäunten Grundstück. Zur Badestelle sind es nur 20m und zum hauseigenem Ruderboot knapp 50m. Auf der Auffahrt stehen 4 Stellplätze zur Verfügung.

In 7 Autominuten erreicht man das Zentrum von Wismar. In ca. 15 Minuten, ist unsere sehenswerte Insel Poel mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Küste der Insel zeigt sich als rauhe Steilküste oder mit schönen breiten Sandstränden. Restaurant/ Einkaufsmöglichkeit 3 Min. fußläufig entfernt ... :))

Gut Niendorf Carriage House

A lovely cottage with a thatched roof. The former coachman's house is located on the grounds of the Niendorf estate. From their own terrace, our guests enjoy the magnificent view of the estate park. The well-known cities such as Schwerin and Wismar and the Baltic Sea can be reached in no time. Free parking for 2 cars is right by the house. There are 5 sleeping options in the remise. For additional people, guest rooms with bathroom/pantry can be booked.

Time out on the beautiful Baltic Sea

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The attic apartment is located in a two-story residential building and is about 37 m². The apartment impresses with the open plan living/dining area with its unique wooden construction, the daylight bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, the apartment has a bedroom with a bed 140 x 200. In addition, we also offer an extra bed 90 x 190, so that a maximum of 3 people can be accommodated.

Plenty of space and plenty to discover: Apartment 5 in Wismar's old town offers you enough space on a fabulous 130 m² to make the most of your vacation days. Located in the attic of a renovated old building, the apartment presents itself as a perfect oasis of peace with access to its own roof area. Whether open-air cinema on the roof or for the best use of the Playstation, a few board games or indulging in a good book, it never gets boring here.

Vacation "Briese" near Wismar

Our small, fine apartment is located on the upper floor of our house. The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As can be seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, kettle and filter coffee maker, as well as the usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) and a few small cabinets. There is also a beautiful bathroom with shower.

Modernly furnished vacation home with its own sauna (using a coin machine), fireplace and rowboat in the summer months. Whether balcony or terrace - you always have a magnificent view of the water. In the living room with underfloor heating is a large flat-screen TV, in one of the bedrooms also 1 flat-screen TV. A temporary home

Small and fine accommodation, with everything you need on vacation. Rural, very quiet but also central. Short distances to Wismar or Schwerin. For all water lovers, only 5 minutes to the swimming lake. Small woods around the place for walking or picking mushrooms. The accommodation can accommodate 2 adults, as well as 2 children (+ extra charge). Just relax and enjoy this quiet, stylish place!
