The apartment is cozy, matches the photos. It can be seen that the hosts tried to make a beautiful and sincere interior. The apartment is on the first floor! Convenient, no need to drag your suitcase.

I can't speak much about the original place itself, but I have to compliment the host. Due to unexpected maintenance, we couldn't stay at the exact location we booked. However, the host went above and beyond to arrange another apartment nearby, which was even nicer—I’d consider it an upgrade! The effort and thoughtfulness were greatly appreciated.

Very cute and authentic apartment in the heart of Kuldiga! Despite being in the center, it was very quiet. We enjoyed the holidays ! There are cafes nearby, about 5 minutes to the Venta hub. I recommend this place to stay in Kuldiga.

We stay with 2 kids in Arvis's apart-hotel for a few days. Location is very good with own parking, located in the park, but wtih walking distance to the center. 5 minutes from resaurants and supermarkets. Few minutes by walk to the aquapark. Very good place for long and short stay. We recommend Arvis's appartment.

Simple and cosy flat. Good location, sea side within 10-15 min walking distance with kid, close grocery shops and kids playground. Owner nice and helpful. Happy with a choice, ideal for family with or without kids.

Clean and cozy house with everything you need, in the center of Kuldiga

It was a last minute booking for us, and we could not be more happy. Apartment was as described, everything was clean and tidy. We were travelling with bicycles, and the owner kindly let us store our bicycles inside, in the front of the apartment. Location is amazing, there were plenty places to eat around and all the main tourist attractions are within a walkable distance from the apartment. The apartment is spacious enough for 3 people, with two bedrooms (one without windows). Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.

Check-in was great, Olga responded quickly, helped with everything and was very helpful and friendly! The apartment is clean, all amenities are available, the location is great: there are 2 shops nearby, a restaurant and the sea are within a 15-minute walk. I recommend it to everyone!

Friendly host and very good location. The parking lot is next to the apartment and Hesburger is on the other side of the road.

Evija is a wonderful host, and I would like to see her featured as the "super-host". This was our family's very first Airbnb stay, and we did not know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised with the apartment. It was neat, modern, and had everything one would need. It is a convenient walking distance from many important venues. 5 stars all the way from us!

Very peaceful area, plenty of space in the apartment. Big kids playground, beach, water park few minutes away. Misses towel dryer rack. After reading some negative comments about mattrasses, we found it quite good, no issues with it.

We rented a room for two. Contactless check in, plenty of towels, so if you are planning a day at the beach, you don’t have to bring your own. There is a useful kitchen with a small fridge. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was how we expected and more.
